Delivery so slow you'll age significantly before it arrives

Tool Warehouse asked me to provide a review and the email said my order was fulfilled 20 days ago. This was a shock to me as the drill arrived 5 days ago.

I purchased the drill on a sale weekend and the disclaimer in the follow up emails was "we're under the pump due to the sale and your item will be sent out soon". The truth of the matter in follow up emails was they didn't have the drill in stock and had to get it from Makita. Fine, I can live with that.

Then, they posted it from somewhere in NSW by what can only be described as a very unfit and confused carrier pigeon. The parcel took almost a week and a half to make it to Melbourne Airport where it went to Sunshine, then back to Melbourne Airport before being delivered to my house. Yes, this is out of your hands but it's enough to annoy the living daylights out of the consumer.

How can I order something from Golfbox in Perth on a Thursday at 4pm and it arrive in regional Victoria the next day, yet your carrier took a week and a half from Sydney (I assume).

The drill works as advertised, but I can get a Makita drill anywhere online or in store, so, would I use Tool Warehouse again based off this experience? No.

Another thing: you sent me an email earlier in the week asking to give feedback, so I clicked on the link which took me to a blank page on your website. It annoyed me but I got on with my life.

Now that you asked a second time I thought "you guys must really want my feedback, you're very persistent!", so here you have it, your service was sub-standard.
